Onkilampi is awesome. I’ve visited this place three times now, but this last time was definitely my favourite. This pond (seems like a lake to me), or ”lampi”, is located slightly northeast of Joensuu’s city centre, maybe around 6km away. It has it’s own beach as well as a few jetties. One of these jetties has some nice character to it. It looks old and is a bit worn out, like its had to entertain maybe people. Here are two photos of the jetty from my recent trip to Onkilampi:
